There are two ways to edit an existing customer in TrueRev.
- Click on the customers top-menu link.
- Find the customer to edit (enter the first few letters of the customer name in the search box).
- Click the action ellipses and select "edit".
Or, approach 2:
If you have a deal with the customer that has a ready-to-send invoice,
- Open the invoice to review and send it.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the customer name (either bill to or ship to) and the customer edit page will be displayed.
